Featuring Britain's best walking destinations
Expert knowledgeable guides
Charming accommodation ~ fresh regional cuisine

The Wayfarers have been organising walking holidays since 1984 and provide expert local walk leaders with exciting itineraries featuring the best walking destinations in the British Isles. The holidays include all accommodations, ground transfers, meals on itineraries, wine with dinner, entry to specified museums and historic sites, lectures and events.

Foot power is supplemented by a variety of local transportation, ranging from steam trains to cable cars, from coastal launches to gondolas; and a support vehicle provides shuttle service and rest when needed, also taking the burden of bags and supplies. Charming accommodations offer a sense of time and place as well as comfort and service; and dining each day is a culinary adventure, with specialties of the region served in a welcoming ambiance.

A wide range of destinations is available, as detailed below, and each walk is graded to help you choose the most suitable walk for you.
