The Old Course at Bovey Castle is a challenging and beautiful championship golf course, designed in 1926 by JF Abercromby, one of the finest British golf course designers. As well as the more extreme activities Dartmoor has to offer there are more leisurely pursuits locally, including sightseeing of local castles, abbeys, gardens and the many areas of natural beauty.
