15th century Cotswold inn The Old Swan, a romantic 600 year old inn, and adjoining Minster Mill, are set within 65 acres of surrounding gardens and wild flower water meadows on the River Windrush in the Cotswolds. In the historic village of Old Minster, the ruins of Minster Lovell Hall and Medieval Dovecote are just a short walk through the village of honey-coloured thatched cottages fronted by charming gardens.
